Refund policy

At Fab Craft Studio, we take great care in ensuring that every product reaches you in excellent condition. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photographs of the issue.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange the return process wherever applicable. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund or replacement.

Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Customized, personalized, made-to-order products, gift cards, and clearance sale items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund.

In certain cases, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.
